Milk Kefir Smoothie
Use about 100/125 ml of kefir and add it to your usual smoothie. Don’t worry about killing theprobiotics with a blender: there will be some microbial sacrifice from the blade, but not enough tomake any big impact on the numbers. They are smaller than the blade you see! Fruit kefir smoothiesare best made fresh as the continued bacterial action tends to change the flavour, not always for thebest.
