
Kefir Mango Lassi
Probably the best way to encourage reluctant kefir-drinkers; use about 15% volume tinned mango pulp ( available in most supermarkets – usually sweetened), about 15% volume, and mix into some kefir. This lasts for a couple of days in the fridge with cow’s milk kefir but with plant based kefirs it can be thoroughly explosive.
