We’ve made our sauerkraut from local red organic & white cabbage to make it a delicious bright pink. It’s been mixed with sea salt and we’ve fermented it for 10 days for optimal taste and texture. We’ve left it plain so you can embellish it as the mood takes you (caraway or fennel seeds would be good). Sauerkraut goes with Everything. If serving with hot food, stir in at the last minute to preserve as many microbes as possible. Available in jars for collection from the fermentary or local bike delivery (BS1-BS10), and in packets that don’t leak for national delivery.
