Our classic kimchi is a complex, spicy blend of 12 different ingredients, so it ticks all the boxes for the diet diversity that your gut microbes need. It’s based on an original Korean recipe, but we’ve omitted the fish sauce so everyone can enjoy it – instead creating that umami flavour with our combination of vegetables. The Koreans believe in the principle of “son mat” which means that you can taste the effort that goes into the food you eat. We hope you can taste the effort in ours!
